About preparation of the appeal to the Secretariat of the United Nations concerning providing the procedure of registration of constituent documents of Eurasian economic community

The integration Committee of Eurasian economic community, in view of that the procedure of registration of constituent documents of EurAsEC in United Nations secretariat accepts long nature solved:

1. Recognize necessary development of the joint appeal of permanent representatives of state members of the EurAsEC under the UN to the UN Secretary General containing clear confirmations of conformity of constituent documents of EurAsEC to the signed earlier international treaties between state members of EurAsEC and also with request for registration.

2. Ask the governments of state members of EurAsEC to give to coordinate to the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the states instructions of effort of permanent missions of state members of EurAsEC under the UN on the matter to prepare the agreed project of the specified address.

3. Ask the Government of the Russian Federation to give to coordinate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation the assignment work on the matter.
