1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
Items 3 and 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 18, 1997 No. UP-1737 "About Measures for the State Support Dehkan both Farms and to Strengthening of Their Role in Food Supply of the Country";
Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 9, 1998 No. UP-1987 "About Measures for Further Stimulation of Development of Private Entrepreneurship, Small Business".
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Premyerministr of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Mirziyoeva.

1. "About measures for rendering assistance to development of institutes of civil society in Uzbekistan" to state Item 7 of appendix to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 23, 2005 to No. PP-107 in the following edition:
"7. Council of farmers of Uzbekistan".
2. In paragraph one of Item 3 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 31, 2006 "About measures for enhancement of system of providing agricultural industry with chemical medicines for protection of plants" the words "Associations of Farms" shall be replaced with words No. PP-272 to "Council of farmers of Uzbekistan".
