About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on technique of forming of rates (prices) of paid services (works)" of October 26, 2000 No. 637

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on technique of forming of rates (prices) of paid services (works)" of October 26, 2000 No. 637 the following changes and amendments:

In the Regulations on technique of forming of rates (prices) of paid services (works) approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 1.1 of the word "the subjects included in registers of the state paid services and allowing documents" shall be replaced with words "included in the Unified systematized register (list) of the state paid services and the register of allowing documents";

- to declare paragraph two of Item 2.2 invalid;

- declare Item 2.5 invalid;

- add the Section II with Item 2.6 of the following content:

"2.6. The state bodies, their subordinated and territorial subdivisions, organizations rendering paid services (works) included in the Unified systematized register (list) of the state paid services and the register of allowing documents create the price list of the prices of paid services which is subject to the obligatory publication.";
