Approve the enclosed changes which are made to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2007 by N94 "About the State Information System of Migration Registration" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 8, Art. 1012; 2010, N 37, the Art. 4678) and of April 16, 2011 N286 "About Maintaining Databank about Implementation by Foreign Citizens of Labour Activity in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 17, the Art. 2419).

Changes which are made to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2007 No. 94 and of April 16, 2011 No. 286

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2007 N 94th following changes:

a) to add the subitem "an" of Item 2 after the paragraph of the fourth with the paragraph of the following content:

"bases of the biometric personal data obtained by the Federal Migration Service and its territorial authorities, the organizations and divisions in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;";

b) to add Item 35 of the Regulations on the state information system of the migration registration approved by the specified resolution with the subitem "(2)" the following content:
