"19. In case of the bases for early agreement cancelation of lease of the wood lot included in the list of the timberland interested body provided by the subitem "d" of Item 11 of this provision sends to the investor the instruction about need of elimination of violations with indication of the term of their elimination. At the same time the copy of the specified instruction goes the interested body to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
If such violations were eliminated in the time specified in the instruction interested body informs on it the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation within 10 days from the date of receipt of such information.
If such violations were not eliminated in the time specified in the instruction interested body within 10 days from the moment of the expiration of the term of elimination of violations specified in the instruction makes the decision on the direction in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation of the statement for exception of the investment project of the list.
