ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About modification of Item 229 of Basic provisions of functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Item 229 of Basic provisions of functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2012 N 442 "About functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy, complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 23, by the Art. 3008).

2. The decision about provided by the paragraph the second Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution, determination (change) of borders of zones of activities of the guaranteeing suppliers is accepted no later than 1 month from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. To Federal Tariff Service to make the decision on change from the 1st following after month in which such decision, the composite balance estimation of production and deliveries of electrical energy (capacity) within Power pool system of Russia on subjects of the Russian Federation for 2013 taking into account Items 1 and 2 of this resolution on condition of accomplishment according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, the relevant organizations of the requirements determined by the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 N 1172 is made.
