2. Determine governing body of special economic zone society.

3. Determine the main object of activity of society:

1) interaction with state bodies concerning functioning of special economic zone;

2) provision in lease (sublease) of infrastructure facilities to persons performing auxiliary types of activity;

3) conclusion and agreement cancelation about activities implementation;

4) representation to authorized body of the reporting on results of activities of special economic zone according to the procedure, established by authorized body, based on annual reports of participants of special economic zone;

5) involvement of participants of special economic zone;

6) investment attraction for construction of facilities of infrastructure and for implementation of other types of activity of special economic zones;

7) implementation of construction of facilities of infrastructure according to the approved feasibility statement on the parcels of land which are not transferred to participants of special economic zone;
