About some questions of licensing of activities for implementation of archaeological and (or) scientific and restoration works on historical and cultural monuments

According to the subitem 7) of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 1992 "About protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage" and the subitem 3) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of archaeological and (or) nauchnorestavratsionny works on historical and cultural monuments.

2. Determine:

1) Committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan the licensor on implementation of archaeological and (or) scientific and restoration works on historical and cultural monuments;

2) local executive bodies of areas, the bodies for licensing for implementation of archaeological and (or) nauchnorestavratsionny works approving the cities of republican value and the capital on historical and cultural monuments.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
