The government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Anti-terrorist Center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States which further are referred to as with the Parties

based on decisions of Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States of June 21, 2000 about creation of the Anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and of October 7, 2002 about creation of Department of the Anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the Central Asian region,

being guided by the conventional principles and rules of international law,

wishing to provide necessary conditions for effective implementation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States by the Anti-terrorist center in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the purposes and tasks,

in view of that the location of Department of the Anti-terrorist center of the states of members of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the Central Asian region is the city of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic,

agreed as follows:

Article 1.

For the purposes of this agreement the stated below terms have the following value:

"ATTs of the CIS" - Anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States;

"the relevant authorities" - relevant organs of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic and local government bodies;

"Department" - Department ATTs of the CIS on the Central Asian region;

"premises of Department" - buildings or parts of buildings used for the official purposes of ATTs of the CIS;

"property of Department" - any personal and real estate, including the currency and currency values, vehicles given or acquired for official use by department;
