About modification of the Regulations on providing injured labor accident and occupational disease with permits for sanatorium treatment
According to Articles 17, of 21, 34 and 43 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In the title and Item 1 of the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of October 31, 2007 No. 49 "About approval of the Regulations on providing injured labor accident and occupational disease with permits for sanatorium treatment", "permits for the sanatornokurortny treatment" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 26, 2007 for No. 1400/14667, of the word shall be replaced with words "sanatorium treatment".
2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on providing injured labor accident and occupational disease permits for sanatorium treatment approved by the resolution of board of Fund of October 31, 2007 No. 49, registered in the Ministry of Justice on December 26, 2007 for No. 1400/14667, which are applied.
3. From labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine to provide to executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
