Make change to Item 13 of the Procedure for the provision of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 615 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 45, the Art. 1832, No. 54, Art. 2151; 2012, No. 30, the Art. 1116, No. 81, the Art. 3283), having added it after paragraph one with the new paragraph of such content:
"For provision of permissions without holding the auction for the purpose of agreement performance about distribution of products collection in the amount of 1 percent of starting price of sale of such permission at auction is levied.".
With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the fourth respectively paragraphs third - the fifth.
