V.) to perform functions of authorized institution of the Bank of Russia regarding implementation of acceptance from credit institutions of statements on receipt of the lombard credits on fixed interest rate; applications for participation in the lombard credit auctions providing loan granting by the Bank of Russia into the key accounts of credit institutions opened in the Moscow GTU of the Bank of Russia; statements on transfer of securities on appendix form 10 to the Provision N 236-P in the established cases.

2. To territorial offices of the Bank of Russia:

perform functions of authorized institutions of the Bank of Russia, except for the functions assigned to the First operation management of the Bank of Russia;

inform credit institutions contents of this order.

3. To Department for External and Public Relations (Tatarinov S. V.) to publish this order in "the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".

4. To apply the terms used in this order in the values determined by the Provision N 236-P.
