1) in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of September 21, 2005 No. 276-OD "About approval of the Method of calculation of investment rate (the price, rate of charges) on services (goods, works) of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of rail transport and ports":
