About modification and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of process of program and target planning in federal executive bodies

For the purpose of enhancement of process of program and target planning in federal executive bodies the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Suspend till January 1, 2013 the paragraph of third Item 13 and Item 14 of the Regulations on reports on results and the main activities of subjects of the budgetary planning approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 22, 2004 No. 249 "About measures for increase in effectiveness of budgeted expenses" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 22, the Art. 2180).

3. Recognize invalid the subitem "an" of Item 6, Items 15 and 20 of the Regulations on creation of the draft of the federal budget and budget statements of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation for the next financial year and planning period approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2007 N 1010 (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 4, Art. 263; 2009, N 26, Art. 3208).

4. Item 1 of this Resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
