For the purpose of ensuring monitoring of the Document of Strategy of reducing poverty and other programs of the economic reforms directed to decrease in level of poverty, improvement of coordination of activities of state bodies and executive bodies on places on timely accomplishment of the actions provided by the Document of Strategy of reducing poverty I decide:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure of monitoring and assessment of implementation of the Document of Strategy of reducing poverty.
2. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas, the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan to create working groups within the existing structure and the number of staff, to determine the officials responsible for monitoring of the Document of Strategy of reducing poverty and assessment of realization of its purposes.
3. To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the statistics together with the interested ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and provide offers on system of indicators of monitoring of the Document of Strategy of reducing poverty and forms of the reporting to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. To department of monitoring of the Document of Strategy of reducing poverty of Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the ministries and departments to develop and bring methodical recommendations about carrying out monitoring and assessment provided by the approved this Procedure to contractors.
