About modification of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 N 1172 (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 14, by Art. 1916; 2012, N 23, Art. 3008).
2. And with participation of "Council for Organizing Efficient System of Trading at Wholesale and Retail Electricity and Capacity Market" non-profit partnership, and also "System Operator of the Unified Energy System" open joint stock company annually to represent to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation together with Federal Antimonopoly Service, Federal Tariff Service to the Government of the Russian Federation the report on results of implementation of interstate transfer of the electrical energy and capacity provided by the changes approved by this resolution.
