About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2011 No. 1236

Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2011 N 1236 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of September 22, 1993 N 941" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 3, Art. 435; N 27, of the Art. 3731) following changes:

2) in Item 3:

shall be replaced with words the words "and parts 2 and 3 of Article 20" ", parts 2 of Article 20";

words", Items 5 - 7" shall be replaced with words "and article 1 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to Employees of Some Federal Executive Bodies and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", Items 5 - 7";

declare paragraph two invalid.
