About procedure for collection and the amount of registration fee for registration of public associations and political parties in the Republic of Tajikistan

from the international public associations and political parties of 500 minimum sizes of the salary

2. Collection of the registration fee for registration of changes and amendments of charters of public associations and political parties is made in the amount of 50% of the amount, the paid earlier registration fee in case of registration of public association and political party.

3. The amount of the collectable registration fees of public associations and political parties is enlisted in the republican budget.

4. Consider invalid:
