1. Bring in appendix to the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus "Buildings and constructions, construction materials and products. Safety" (TP 2009/013/BY), No. 1748 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2009 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 15, 5/31029; 2012, No. 21, 5/35234), following changes and amendments:

1.1. 47, of 51, of 59, of 61, of 100, of 124, of 127, of 138, of 150, of 153, of 163, 185 to exclude Items;

1.2. add appendix with Items 50-1, 105-1, 154-1, 154-2, 183-1, 185-1 and 191-1 of the following content:

"50-1. Construction steel structures.";

"105-1. Special technical products (control facilities and detection of pozharovzryvoopasny circles and prevention of distribution of the fire as a result of emergency situations).";

"154-1. Products of warning systems of people about the fire and managements of evacuation.

154-2. Products of systems of antismoke protection.";

"183-1. Fire automatic equipment (product of systems of the fire alarm and installations of fire extinguishing).";

"185-1. Fire-proof fillings of apertures in fire-proof barriers.";

"191-1. Chimneys.".

2. To the Ministry of Architecture, the Ministry of Emergency Situations in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This resolution becomes effective in six months after its official publication, except for Item 2, of the official publication of this resolution which is becoming effective later.
