About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 No. 1062 "Questions of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states" and in the Regulations on procedure of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states approved by this Decree

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 N 1062 "Questions of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 38, Art. 3800; 2007, N 52, Art. 6425; 2008, N 49, Art. 5764; N 50, of Art. 5901; 2009, N 42, Art. 4917; N 50, of Art. 6074; 2011, N 21, Art. 2925; N 31, of Art. 4708; N 44, of Art. 6241; N 48, of Art. 6881; N 49, of Art. 7264; 2012, N 3, Art. 405; N 13, of the Art. 1487) and in the Regulations on procedure of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) to add Item of 1 appendix to the Decree with the subitem "k.1" the following content:

"to. 1) performs on contractual basis protection and maintenance by military guard of military products in case of its transportation on the territory of the Russian Federation and the territories of other State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States;";

b) Add provision with Item 26.1 of the following content:
