1. Approve and enact Regulations of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan since 20.08.2000.
2. To provide to deputies, chiefs of Managements and departments, senior assistants of the Attorney-General for special orders, the senior prosecutors and prosecutors, prosecutors-criminalists, the senior investigators and special investigators, other workers strict observance of Regulations of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the main military prosecutor, prosecutors of areas, Dushanbe and the Tajik transport prosecutor to bring regulations of work into accord with these Regulations.
4. To management of the organization of work and control of execution periodically to analyze observance of Regulations, to make suggestions for improvement of the organization of work.
5. "About Regulations of work of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan" of 04.01.1997 for No. 1-25 to consider the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Tajikistan invalid.
6. To impose control of execution of these Regulations on deputy attorneys general of the Republic of Tajikistan.
