Voided according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 05.05.2014 No. 99-FZ

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of January 12, 1996 N 7-FZ "About non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 3, Art. 145; 1998, N 48, Art. 5849; 2002, N 52, Art. 5141; 2006, N 3, Art. 282; N 45, of Art. 4627; 2008, N 30, Art. 3604) following changes:

1) in Article 11:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 11. Associations (unions)";

b) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Legal entities and (or) citizens for the purpose of representation and protection of general, including professional, interests, for achievement socially useful, and also other purposes which are not contradicting the Federal Laws and having non-commercial nature have the right to create the associations in the form of associations (unions) which are the non-profit organizations based on membership.";

c) declare Item 2 invalid;

d) in Item 3 of the word of "legal entity" to exclude;

2) Article 12 to recognize invalid;

Item 4 of Article 17 to state 3) in the following edition:

"4. The association (union) has the right to be transformed to non-profit organization in one of the forms of business specified in Item 5 of Article 121 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation.".

Article 3

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
