Approve the enclosed Regulations on transfer by customs authorities to the Central bank of the Russian Federation and to authorized banks in electronic form of information on the declarations registered by customs authorities on goods, and also about the statistical form of accounting of movement of goods established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to article 278 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", approved with the Central bank of the Russian Federation.

2. Provide to the Federal Customs Service till December 28, 2012 development, approval of the Central bank of the Russian Federation and placement on the official site of Service on the Internet of structure and formats of the electronic documents provided by the Provision approved by this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013, except for Item 2, which becomes effective from the date of signing of this resolution.
