Determine that the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 27, 2008 N 118 "About approval of the technical regulation "About Requirements to Automobile and Aviation Gasoline, Diesel and Ship Fuel, Fuel for Jet Engines and to Fuel Oil" and the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 19, 2009 N 1191-p (further - regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation) are applied in case of production and release into the stream of commerce of products accompanied with the documents on assessment (confirmation) of compliance issued till December 31, 2012 according to requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, and also corresponding to the ecological classes operating in the territory of the Russian Federation according to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and ship fuel, fuel for jet engines and to fuel oil" the Customs union accepted by the decision of the Commission of October 18, 2011 N 826 (further - the technical regulation of the Customs union), before the termination of effective period of such documents on assessment (confirmation) of compliance, but no later than June 30, 2014.
Requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation are applied in case of production and release into the stream of commerce of products before the termination of effective period of the documents on assessment (confirmation) of compliance accompanying such products if these documents on assessment (confirmation) of compliance are issued and accepted about day of official publication of the specified decision of the Commission of the Customs union.
