2) the state bodies approving licensing for implementation of activities for production, conversion, acquisition, storage, realization, use, destruction of poisons regarding the applicant's compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
