Permissions to withdrawal of the rare and being under the threat of disappearance animal species, including their eggs and caviar, are issued by Committee of forest and hunting economy, and also territorial subdivisions of Committee of fishery in exceptional cases according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for cultivation in specially created conditions and the subsequent release to the habitat, development of national types of hunting, scientific research and selection.
8. The committee of forest and hunting economy issues permissions to use of animals in the scientific, cultural and educational, educational and esthetic purposes (except the fish resources and other water animals except for living in the reservoirs and (or) their sites which are part of especially protected natural territories with the status of the legal entity).";
