3) the bilateral veterinary certificates initialed till December 1, 2010 by bodies of one of state members of the Customs union and the exporting country, competent of the field of veterinary science, on condition of the appeal of bodies of the third countries, competent in the field of veterinary science, to one of authorized bodies of state members of the Customs union till January 1, 2013 with reasonable request about the beginning of process of approval of the veterinary certificates different from forms of Single veterinary certificates (are posted on the website of Rosselkhoznadzor http://www.fsvps.ru).
