Reorganize by transformation in the procedure established by the legislation Public institution "National reference center for veterinary science" of Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national reference center for veterinary science" of Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).
2. Determine Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company.
3. To provide to committee in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company;
2) state registration of the company in judicial authorities;
3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
4. Determine object of activity of the company:
1) reference function on diagnosis of diseases of animals;
2) epizootic monitoring;
3) maintaining the National collection of deposited strains of microorganisms;
4) registration testing, approbation of veterinary medicines, feed additives, and also control of series (batches) of medicines in case of their claim;
5) the state monitoring, reference on ensuring food safety;
6) monitoring of safety of veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives.
