1. Approve enclosed:

2) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for assessment of intellectual property, cost of intangible assets.

2. Determine the licensor by implementation of activities for property assessment (except for intellectual property items, the cost of intangible assets) and intellectual property, cost of intangible assets Committee of registration service and rendering the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to legal assistance.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
