Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure of actions of technical (technological) nature for inspection of conditions of safety and material accounting, semifinished products and the finished protected goods for the purpose of suppression of the facts of their plunder and (or) counterfeit.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
