Follows from the specified provisions of the Law that implementation of the participation rights in general shareholder meeting and on receipt of the announced dividends fixed by shares of the Russian issuer concerning which rights make sure depositary receipts is connected with opening of the custody account of depositary programs and provision to the Russian joint stock company of information on owners of depositary receipts.
According to part 3 of article 6 of the Law of person for which personal accounts (custody accounts) of the owner on which issued securities of the Russian issuers concerning which rights make sure depositary receipts are considered are opened till 01.01.2013 shall make the actions necessary for transfer of the specified securities of the Russian issuers into the custody account of depositary programs, within one year from the date of assignment to the legal entity of the status of the central depositary according to the Federal Law of 07.12.2011 N 414-FZ "About the central depositary", but not earlier than 01.01.2013. As the status of the central depositary is given to FFMS of Russia of non-bank credit institution to National Settlement Depositary private company 06.11. 2012, the term specified regarding 3rd article 6 of the Law expires 06.11.2013.
