This Regulations on procedure for the organization of regulation of work in industries of national economy (further - the Provision) determine system of regulations and standard rates for work regulation, procedure for the organization of regulation of work, development of cross-industry, industry and local scientifically based regulations of work, procedure for their establishment, replacement and review, and also regulation of questions of regulation of work in collective agreements and in collective employment contracts.
