1. Declare invalid the Regulations on the translated and promissory note approved by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on May 30, 1995 (рег. N 147 of May 31, 1995).
2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
