About entering of amendments into the Law on identification documents of national passport system No. 273-XIII of November 9, 1994

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on identification documents of national passport system No. 273-XIII of November 9, 1994 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 9, of the Art. 89), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

1. In part (2) Article 3/1:

add part with Item about-1) following contents:

"about-1) the secretary general of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova;";

Item y) after words of "Chairman of the parliament" to add with words of "Prime Minister".

2. Part (Article 3/2 to add 2) with Items with-1) and n-1) of the following content:

"with-1) the deputy secretary general of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova;";

"n-1) to vice-chairmen and members of the National commission on the financial market;".
