1.1. The commission in the activities is guided by the Agreement on creation of the Union State, the Action program of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on realization of provisions of the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999, other international treaties and documents concluded between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, international treaties of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation with the third countries, acts of the Union State national legislative and regulations of Belarus and Russia, and also this Provision.
