About modification and amendments in the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489-XIV of July 8, 1999

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489-XIV of July 8, 1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 1-4, of the Art. 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In all text of the law of the word "payers of fees of social insurance" and "payers of fees in the state system of insurance" shall be replaced with words "payers of budget payments of the national social insurance" in the corresponding case.

2. To add Article 1 after the concept "insurance declaration" with the concept "declaration on charge and use of fees of compulsory national social insurance" of the following content:

"the declaration on charge and use of fees of compulsory national social insurance - the written message constituted by the payer of budget payments of the national social insurance, on charge and use of fees of compulsory national social insurance for each accounting period, provided to territorial authority of National cash desk according to the sample established by National cash desk;".

3. In Article 5:

to state the name of Article in the following edition: "Declaration on inundated accounting of insured persons, insurance declaration and declaration on charge and use of fees of compulsory national social insurance";

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Employers for the insured persons specified in Items 1) and 2) of Article 4, shall represent quarterly electronically and annually on paper the declaration on inundated accounting of insured persons.";
