According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 16, 2012 N UP-4453 "About Measures for Cardinal Reducing the Statistical, Tax, Financial Reporting, the Licensed Types of Activity and Allowing Procedures" (2012, N 29, the Art. 327) the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Item 10 of the Regulations on payment procedure of the excise tax on the made natural gas, the Ministry of Finance approved by the resolution and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2011 NN 79, 2011-37 (рег. N 2310 of January 9, 2012) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, N 2, Art. 20), to state in the following edition:
"10. Calculation of the excise tax is represented in bodies of the State Tax Service for the place of tax accounting quarterly no later than the 25th following reporting quarter.".
2. This resolution is approved with NHK "Uzbekneftegaz".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
