In the "Rules of the request for receipt of the public assistance, its appointment, issue and refusal in issue" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 2, 2006 No. 32 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 2, Article 181, No. 11, Article 994; 2007, No. 3, Article 301, No. 4, Article 395; 2008, No. 2, Article 130, No. 7, Article 678; 2010, No. 3, Article 264, No. 4, Article 359; 2011, No. 5, Article 449) to make the following changes:

1.1. in subitem 2.3.9 of the word "from military commissariat" shall be replaced with words "from local authorities, departments and divisions of Public service of the Azerbaijan Republic on mobilization and conscription";

1.2. in the table of Appendix No. 1 to these rules of the word "from military commissariat" shall be replaced with words "local authorities, departments and divisions of Public service of the Azerbaijan Republic on mobilization and conscription".
