1. Approve Regulations on the Joint board of the Ministries of Justice of the State Parties of the Union State and Regulations of the Joint board of the Ministries of Justice of the State Parties of the Union State.

2. Take into consideration information on interaction of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on implementation of the Agreement on creation of the Union State.

Note need of activation of work on implementation of the Agreement on creation of the Union State and preparation of the Constitutional Act, the Charter of Court of the Union State and other fundamental regulatory legal acts.

For this purpose to create in two-month time the joint working group of the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation with involvement of representatives of scientific institutions of Belarus and Russia for interaction in the field of harmonization of the legislation of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Union State.

To joint working group:

prepare for submission in accordance with the established procedure to Council of Ministers of the Union State of the offer, connected with project development of the interstate program of the Union State aimed at providing theoretical and practical researches of problems of forming of system of law of the Union State, including determination of approaches to process of unification and harmonization of legislations and carrying out single legal policy of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Agreement on creation of the Union State;
