1. Approve the Procedure for budget implementation of the Union State through bodies of the Federal Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and bodies of the State Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. Determine that the Procedure for budget implementation of the Union State through bodies of the Federal Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and bodies of the State Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus becomes effective since January 1, 2001.
