About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 13 of the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 32-35, of the Art. 116), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

in part (2) the words "first meeting" shall be replaced with words "constituent meeting";

add Article with part (3-1) following of content:

"(3-1) At constituent meeting only the questions included in the agenda, concerning are considered:

a) bringing to data by the representative of county electoral council or Central Election Commission of the resolution on distribution of mandates of advisers and delivery of certificates;

b) initiation of formation of fractions, alliances, blocks;

c) initiation of creation of advisory ad hoc commissions.";

in part (4) the words "First Meeting" shall be replaced with words "Constituent meeting";

add Article with part (5) the following content:

"(5) Afterwards the local council creates working bodies of local council (fractions and advisory ad hoc commissions) according to the procedure, the provided Law on approval of the Standard regulations on education and functioning of local and regional councils No. 457-XV of November 14, 2003.

Art. II. - From item 4 of appendix to the Law on approval of the Standard regulations on education and functioning of local and regional councils No. 457-XV of November 14, 2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 248-253, of the Art. 998) to exclude the words "at the first meeting".
