About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the state fee No. 1216-XII of December 3, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 5355, of the Art. 302), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:

1. Part (Article 2 to add 1) with Item 11-2) of the following content:

"11-2) for issue of the diploma about registration of public symbol, and also copies and statements from the General armorial of the Republic of Moldova;".

2. Add Article 3 with Item 13) of the following content:

"13) for issue:

a) the diploma about registration of public symbol

or its duplicate addressed to or in interests:

3. Add Article 4 with part (10) the following content:

"(10) Are exempted from payment of the state fee for issue of the diploma about registration of public symbol, and also copies and statements from the General armorial of the Republic of Moldova:

a) the central and local authorities of public management, and also other public organizations - completely;
