About entering of amendments into the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following amendments:

1. Add the code with Article 231-1 of the following content:

"Article 231-1. Illegal overlapping of the road

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on physical persons in the amount of fifty settlement indicators, on legal entities - in the amount of seven hundred settlement indicators.".

2. "Articles 230," to add part 1 of article 508 after words with words "Article 231-1,".

3. Third Item 1 of part 1 of Article 556-1 after figures "157," to add the paragraph with figures "231-1,".

4. To add Item 1 of article 564 after words of "street processions and demonstrations" with words", illegal overlapping of the road".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
