About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the Regional project on upgrade of Customs Service and development of infrastructure (No. 2113-KGZ ABR credit), implementation of the main functional systems of the Single Automated Information System (SAIS), forming of system of databases, creation of conditions for submission of data and processing of customs declarations in electronic form, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 05.06.2014 No. 313 

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration and Instruction about procedure for filling of the transit declaration" of June 28, 2012 No. 453 the following change:

- in paragraph three of item 4 of the word and figures "since January 1, 2013" shall be replaced with words also in figures "since July 1, 2013".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
