About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1478 of November 15, 2002

Based on provisions of the Law on the government budget for 2013 No. 249 of November 2, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 263-269, of the Art. 853) DECIDES: the Government,

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1478 of November 15, 2002 "About benefits to families with children" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 154-157, of the Art. 1612), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 2 of the Resolution:

a) in the paragraph the second "/to leaving" to exclude the words "single benefit on the occasion of the birth of the child and" and the word;

b) in paragraph three of the word "for uninsured persons" and the word "to education /" to exclude;

2) in Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to families with children:

a) in Item 3 of the word "lump-sum allowance in case of the birth of the child and" to exclude;

b) in Item 7:

in the subitem 2):
