1. Recognize invalid licenses for implementation of customs broker activities:

No. AV series 480639, issued according to the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 24.07.2009 No. 689 to Brock Alliance private enterprise (identification number of the subject: 32634104; The Dnipropetrovsk Region, Kryvyi Rih, Prospekt Gagarina, 38, sq. 25), in connection with change of the location of the legal entity.
1.2. No. AG series 594049, issued according to the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 24.03.2011 No. 248 to Car Luxury Service limited liability company (identification number of the subject: 22938853; Kiev, Ulitsa Semyi Sosninykh, 17), in connection with change of the location of the legal entity.
1.3. Series HELL No. 039611, issued according to the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 22.08.2012 No. 417 to Skanshipping limited liability company (identification number of the subject: 37819713; Kiev, Ulitsa Bogdan Khmelnytsky, 17/52, letter "A"), in connection with change of the location of the legal entity.
2. To department of the organization of customs control and registration (Syomk S. M.) to grant to business entities licenses for implementation of customs broker activities according to the List which is attached.
3. To heads of customs to bring this order to the attention of the interested business entities.
