1. Approve the Concept of the Nation-wide program of the address with waste for 2013-2020 which is attached.

Determine the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources the state customer - the coordinator of the Program, and the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food - the state customers of the Program.

2. To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources together with another interested central and local executive bodies to develop and submit within six-months term to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the Nation-wide program of the address with waste for 2013-2020.
