According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection", the subitem 41 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 402, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction for use of electric equipment in rudnikovy normal accomplishment and electric equipments of general purpose in the mines dangerous on gas or dust which is applied.
2. To public service of mountain observation and industrial safety of Ukraine (Hokhotva O. I.) in accordance with the established procedure:
2.1. Provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Enter the order in the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of Public service of mountain observation and industrial safety of Ukraine Hokhotva O. I.
