2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2008 No. 1138 "About registration of the prices of separate types of products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 100, the Art. 3329);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2009 No. 267 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2008 No. 1138" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 23, the Art. 747);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2010 No. 54 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2008 No. 1138" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 5, the Art. 201).
