According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", the subitem 7 of Item 3 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1070, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services DECIDED:

1. Make changes to the Order of registration of agreements of reinsurance approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of March 28, 2011 No. 153, registered on May 31, 2011 for No. 642/19380, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To provide to department of insurance regulation and supervision together with legal department submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To the sector of public relations and the protocol to provide promulgation of this order after it to state registration.
